Café Unika

Café Unika sits at the western end of Vestergade, away from the busiest part of the shopping street. It is an ordinary neighbourhood café in the good sense: coffee, a seat outside and no attitude.

The range is short — coffee, pastry and a little lunch — and the prices are low. There is takeaway, and there is usually room even when the rest of the street is full.

Open Monday to Friday from eight to five and Saturday from nine to four. Closed on Sunday.

Take it with you if you are heading somewhere. It suits a cup on the way through town and anyone who lives at that end of Vestergade and wants to sit down without booking anything.
