Kaffebaren Bredegade

The coffee bar on Bredegade opens at nine every day and closes late enough to be useful in the afternoon too. On Friday they stay open until half past seven.

It is a coffee bar rather than a café: the coffee is the main business, with something sweet alongside. There is takeaway, and the seats outside get sun for most of the day.

Open Monday to Thursday from nine to six, Friday until half past seven and at weekends from nine to five.

The street is one of the calmer ones in the centre, which makes the place useful when you want to sit down without being in the middle of the shopping street. It suits a cup before work, a meeting over coffee and a midday break.
