Baker Boys Skibhus

Baker Boys has made the Skibhus quarter somewhere people drive to for morning bread. There are seats outside and coffee alongside, so you can eat it there rather than in the car.

The bakery makes both the classics and sourdough, and the range is larger than in an ordinary neighbourhood bakery. Bread is sold every day from seven, until six on weekdays and four at weekends.

Friday to Sunday from four to eight they bake sourdough pizza. The menu has eight: a margherita at 99 kroner, three at 109 — among them hot honey with pepperoni and chilli honey — and four at 119, including three with a white base such as tartufo with potatoes and truffle oil and pistacchio with mortadella and stracciatella.
