Brett & Bagels bakes its bagels in house and fills them on the spot. You pick the bread first — chilli and cheddar, spinach and oregano, everything, or gluten-free for twenty kroner more — and then the filling.
Cream cheese costs 55 kroner, serrano with mozzarella 60, spicy avocado with hummus 65, greek style 72 and chicken with bacon 75. Brett's Menu, with a bagel, loaded nachos and a drink, is 110. Americano 29, caffe latte 39, croissant 25. Oat or lactose-free milk adds ten kroner, and there are vegetarian versions with crispy no-chicken.
Open Monday to Friday from a quarter to eight to six and at weekends from ten to four.
It sits by Campus AAU in Aalborg Øst, where much of the custom is students. The rooms can be hired for events, and there is takeaway.
