In the Meatpacking District since 2014 — 150 g chuck, seven burgers and no bookings.

Illustration made with AI
Tommi's opened in the Meatpacking District in 2014 and has stuck to seven burgers. The patty is 150 grams of what they call one hundred per cent prime minced chuck, delivered fresh every day by their butcher, and it is cooked medium. The buns are baked fresh to the house's own recipe.
A cheeseburger costs 110 kroner, a bacon cheeseburger and a béarnaise burger 125, veggie and vegan 110. A combo with fries and a drink runs from 150 to 165. The Pioneer uses Tommi's original 1981 burger sauce.
One thing to know in advance: they do not take table bookings at all. It says so verbatim on their own site, and it applies on a Friday evening in the Meatpacking District too. Come early, or come late.
Westend 13 is the head office and not a restaurant — there is only one customer-facing address in Copenhagen.
