Perron sits in BaneGaarden, the old goods buildings behind Dybbølsbro that have become a green yard with gardens and workshops. The bakery makes sourdough and Danish pastry from early morning and fires up the pizza oven later in the day.

It is as much an outing as a bakery. The yard is car-free, there is room for children to run around, and the food is organic with both vegetarian and vegan dishes on the card. At weekends brunch is served from ten to two.

Open Tuesday to Friday from half past eight to four and weekends from nine. Lunch starts at eleven. Closed on Monday.

It suits a morning where you want to sit outside and are not rushing on — and families, because there is space and nobody has to be shushed. It is a fifteen-minute walk from Central Station.
